About Talia Singer, PhD RN RP

If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely looking for a supportive space to talk about what’s on your mind.

Therapy can be a big step, and I want you to know that it’s perfectly normal to feel unsure or hesitant at first. My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel comfortable, heard and respected from the very first session.

What Makes My Psychotherapy Unique

My psychotherapy is deeply compassionate and collaborative. I offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to explore deep-rooted challenges, recognize patterns and take steps toward positive change. As a nurse, I have much experience with different types of challenges and situations. I’m interested in your unique experience.

What sets my approach apart is that I offer both talk therapy (also known as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy) and art therapy, giving you multiple ways to process thoughts and emotions, even those that are difficult to put into words.

Are any of these challenges affecting your life?

  • Struggling with depression or stress
  • Experiencing grief, trauma or life transitions
  • Battling relationship challenges and interpersonal difficulties
  • Having feelings of being stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour or emotion
  • Needing to find creative ways to understand their thoughts and feelings

If you’re having difficulty dealing with your present situation or feel stuck in a painful pattern, my psychotherapy may help you recognize this and take steps toward positive change.
